Next pokemon from Pangio, this time it's the Static pokemon.

This pokemon roams around forests and grasslands, releasing static electricity from it's stiffined hairs due to friction.

Amber Pokemon
It often rubs itself against soft plants to develop more electricity in it's body. It releases it through it's hair at any predator that tries to harm it.
